Do you need to print or download a certificate of completion? If the course you need is still active and not expired, you can print your completed course certificate for free at any time from the dashboard or from within the course itself.
If your course has expired, you can either extend access (from the dashboard) which will allow you to study the course material for a longer period and access the completion certificates or if you just need the certificate and do not need to study anymore you can purchase an unlimited certificate unlock.
Once purchased, the unlimited certificate unlock will grant you access to print or download a certificate of completions from ANY completed course now and in the future, even if your course has expired you can still get a copy of your certificate at any time!
NOTE: This is a copy of your certificate from when it was completed, this does NOT extend the validity of the certificate which is 3 years from the date completed (California DOI). If it has been longer than 3 years since you completed the course and you have not yet taken the state exam YOU WILL NEED to re-take a new course and have it submitted to the DOI again. Certificates are not valid after 3 years from date of completion.
